LnL Finance Website Refresh

Problem

LnL Finance is a mortgage broker and financial planner located in the heart of Joondalup. In 2022, they identified an opportunity to refresh their website, noting a lack of synergy between their website and client engagement. While well-respected for providing 5-star solutions for their client's financial needs, they identified an issue with establishing customer relationships. Their site was not built with an engagement focus in mind and was unable to provide potential clients with a transparent view of their entire financial services.

Solution

Before we could tackle the challenge of client engagement, we first had to take a step back and start with the basics. A complete web refresh was done to their existing site, including rewriting site content to include more keywords to aid in SEO optimisation. The original site was completely monochromatic, so a subtle violet was introduced to give the site some needed vibrancy. Beautiful duotone imagery was used to communicate both LnL Finances' personal touch, and give context to the services LnL Finance provides. An in-depth online questionnaire was also created to help streamline the collection of client information before their first consultation, greatly increasing the efficiency of LnL Finance's financial advice.
